VMware Certifications

VCP certifications expire two years from the date it was earned. The recertification policy gives you three ways to recertify:

• Advance to the next level by earning a new VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) certification in the
  same track as your VCP.
• Earn the next version of VCP in the same track (if available).
• Earn a new VCP certification on a different track.
