Account Manager

Responsible for achieving personal sales and collections targets.

Job Descriptions:

Sales

  1. Responsible for achieving personal sales and collections targets.
  2. Identify and develop new market opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain close professional relations with potential and existing customers.
  4. Career Consultant for Consumer Market.
  5. Prepare regular sales and collection reports for management purposes.
  6. Participate in company events.

Operations

  1. Work closely with Operations & Resources Department, IT & Facilities Department, QA and L&D in handling customer complaints.
  2. Work Closely with Operation Department to process customers’ inquiries.
  3. Responds to situations in a logical, accurate, and complete manner.

Communication

  1. Work closely with all department to ensure smooth sales business process and company operations.
  2. Develop and maintain close professional relations with stakeholders, potential customer, and existing customers.

Requirements:

  1. Education min. GCE ‘O‘ Level or Diploma (preferably Business major)
  2. Min. 2 years of related experience

Special skills

  1. Demonstrates business insight.
  2. Great track record, great working attitude, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex processes.
  5. Responds to situations in a logical, accurate, and complete manner.
  6. Sales-driven & project professional image with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Deliver quality classes to a variety of clientele.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Teach assigned courses with quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Make sure the facilities are functioning well before the course starts.
  3. Maintain professional communication with students.

Requirements:

  1. Education min. GCE ‘O‘ Level or Diploma (preferably Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or other related).
  2. Preferred certifications: CompTIA, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), MCT (Azure/Sharepoint/SQL/Power BI), EC-Council Certified Instructor, PMP, Industry framework certification ITIL, Prince, DevOps, Lean Six Sigma.
  3. ACTA/ACLP will be an advantageous
  4. Min. 1 year experience of teaching.
  5. Employ good classroom management technique to encourage engagement with students.
