Outlook 2013 – Level 1
In this course, participants will use Outlook to send, receive and manage email messages, manage your contact information, schedule appointments and meetings, create Tasks and Notes for themselves, and customize the Outlook interface to suit his/her working style.

Outlook 2013 – Level 2
In this course, participants will customize command sets, configure mail accounts, set global options, perform advanced searches, apply filters to intercept mail and control spam, create rules to automate many management tasks, work with calendars and contacts, manage tasks, protect data with archiving and data files, as well as share and delegate access to your workspaces. In short, participants will work with a wide range of features and options and, in doing so, understand why Outlook is leading personal management system.

Prerequisites

Outlook 2016 – Level 1
Participants should be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. Participants should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on their computer. Specifically, participants should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders.
