This 5-day instructor-led course engages participants in using lab-intensive tools and methodologies to improve, manage and create better projects that meet the customers’ and organizations’ expectations. By applying these methodologies from this course on a project creates a better bridge between its outcome and need.

This course also prepares participants to take Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) exam based on the BABOK® v3.0 Edition from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

Prerequisites

Each CBAP® applicant must meet the requirements specified in this section to be eligible to write the exam. To earn the CBAP® designation, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum 7,500 hours (~5 years) of Business Analysis experience for the past 10 years (Minimum 900 hours in each of the 4 of the 6 knowledge areas)
  • Minimum 35 hours of Professional Development Training in the past 4 years
  • 2 references from career manager, client or CBAP recipient
  • Signed code of conduct
