This course is designed to familiarize students with the basic features and functions of Microsoft Project Professionals 2016 so they can use effectively and efficiently in a real-world environment.

Microsoft Project 2016 – Level 2
This course covers the skills a project manager needs to update a project plan during execution, monitoring and controlling phases of a project. This course will enable students to manage the project so that it is completed on time and within budget.

Prerequisites

Microsoft Project 2016 – Level 1 Participants who wish to take this course should have basic project management knowledge and skills. You should also have basic knowledge and skills for using any current Windows operating system – Preferably Windows 8 or later. You should also have competency in using other Microsoft Office applications – Preferably Office 2016. Microsoft Project 2016 – Level 2 Participants who wish to take up Microsoft Project 2016 – Level 2 should meet the following prerequisite(s): Previously attended Microsoft Project 2016 – Level 1
