This course will introduce you to the basic features and functions of Microsoft Project, helping you use it effectively in real-life situations. You will gain the essential knowledge and skills needed to create a project plan during the planning phase. In simple terms, if your supervisor assigns you to manage a project, this course will teach you how to draft a project plan and share it with your supervisor (and others) for feedback and approval. Note: This course is suitable for anyone using the desktop version of Microsoft Project, whether it’s the “on-premise” or “cloud-based” edition. Since most project managers and team members use the desktop application, this will be the main focus of the course. The online app’s features are covered in a separate appendix.
Course dates and course fee may be subjected to changes.
